Chapter 228: You Have Three Minutes
Su Qianxun hesitated and said, “Young master, my younger brother just got discharged from the hospital. Aunt Zhang and I are making dinner. Can I have dinner before going back?”
“No. You have three minutes!” After Long Sijue said that, he straightaway hung up.
Su Qianxun sucked in a sharp breath. When Aunt Zhang saw how upset Su Qianxun was, she asked, “What’s wrong? Is something the matter?”
“Aunt Zhang, I’m sorry but I can’t make dinner with you. I have something urgent to attend to so I’ll have to leave first.” Su Qianxun explained awkwardly. She did not dare to look Aunt Zhang in the eye.
“Just go ahead if there’s something you need to do. Rest assured, I will take care of Young Master Jiye.”
“I’ll be taking my leave first, then. I’ll come over to visit both of you when I’m free.”
Su Qianxun immediately went and bade farewell to her younger brother. She could obviously feel that her younger brother was unhappy, but she truly had no other choice. Long Sijue had already given his order, and she did not dare to disobey him.
action She took out all the money she withdrew earlier from her bag and placed them on the coffee table. Only then did she leave.
Su Jiye walked out from the bedroom. He suddenly raised his head fixed his gaze on the front door, his fists tightly clenched.
Ye Gu had already opened the car door for her by the time she walked down the stairs. She got into the car gloomily. Before she could take a seat, Long Sijue had embraced her and placed her on his lap.
Long Sijue reached out his hand and held her wrist. His aura turned cold when he saw that her fingers that had just recovered a little had turned red again. The young woman wanted to raise her protest, but she did not dare to say anything as she was frightened by his cold aura.
Long Sijue lowered his head and stared at her for a while. Su Qianxun lowered her head and did not dare to look into his eyes. Before him, she felt like a child who had misbehaved.
Long Sijue reached out, pulled open the drawer beside him and took out a tube of ointment. He opened the ointment and started to apply some onto her fingers.
“Young master, my hand is a lot better now, it’s already fine...”
“Shut up!” Long Sijue chided her in displease, and the young woman immediately stopped speaking.
Long Sijue carefully apply the ointment onto her fingers, and only then he placed the ointment down, switched on his laptop and started working.
The young woman who was in Long Sijue’s embrace felt a little tired, so she leaned against his chest and rested. Long Sijue was typing speedily on his keyboard, and he only stopped when he heard the sound of even breathing ringing out from his embrace.
He lowered his head and saw how peaceful the young woman looked as he slept. Her long lashes were dropped, and she looked even more pure and fragile than usual.
Long Sijue raised his fingers and lightly ran it across her exquisite face. Having this little thing in his embrace had immediately soothed his irritation and frustration.
Su Qianxun woke up when Long Sijue kissed him. She opened her eyes reluctantly and found herself gazing into a familiar pair of black eyes. The young woman took a while to come back to her senses as she gazed at the man’s eyelashes, that were longer than hers.
By the time her top was taken off, the young woman’s face was already as red as a tomato. Long Sijue held the little thing close against his chest, and the moment he became one with her, the man closed his eyes in pleasure.
When Su Qianxun woke up again, she was already in an unfamiliar bedroom, and she was the only person inside there.
There was a set of clothes at the side of the bed, and Su Qianxun immediately took them and put them on.
The sky was already completely dark. Su Qianxun switched on the lights to take a look at the bedroom she was in. The bedroom totally reminded her of Long Sijue, as the design was as cold and unyielding as him!
Su Qianxun was about to open the door to find out where she was when a loud bang rang out from the direction of the French windows. Before the young woman could turn to see what just happened, a shadow suddenly towered above her head. The next moment, someone lifted her up...
